Policies of exchange and return
For Jule - the Label it is essential that you are satisfied with your product, so we have strict quality controls to always deliver the best possible product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept the exchange of your garment, complying with the following conditions. We ask you to read the exchange policies carefully to make a change valid
- Each garment must be in perfect condition (original packaging, unused, without stains and with all its accessories and labels)
In case of making a product change, it must be requested in the first 15 business days from the day the package was sent through the email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Said change can be for the same model or a different model of equal or higher cost than the initial one, paying the corresponding difference.
- In case of returns, the amount will be returned as a credit to buy another product at Jule - the Label of equal or greater cost paying the difference, it will not be returned in any case in cash or bank transfer.
- The cost of the parcel in the exchange will be $ 150 (for the return and forwarding guides), which will have to be deposited in the account provided in the return email.
- In case of exchange for a defect product, Jule - the Label will absorb the cost of the parcel.
- For each change or return, photographs showing the garment must be sent to the email email@example.com and therefore it will be evaluated by the returns administration.
There are no exchanges or refunds on products purchased with offers and / or discount codes.
Jule - the Label reserves the right to modify or change the return policies at any time, so you should review it frequently.
For packages lost or sent to an incorrect address, if the error was made by the customer, we are not responsible.
